Refunds and license

License, and what your purchase covers

When you buy a Luman Group tool, template, kit or course, you get a license to use it within one business.

• Use, adapt and customize the materials for your own company's internal HR needs. Edit them, put them on your letterhead, roll them out to your team.
• Share them internally with the owners, managers and staff of that one business.

The license does not include reselling, redistributing, publishing or repackaging the materials, including sharing them with other businesses, clients or the public, or using them to build a competing product. Consultants and advisors who want to use Luman materials across client businesses should contact us for a multi-business license at meghan@luman-group.com.

The Family Caregiver Hire-in-a-Box is licensed to one household, for your own family's care arrangement. Elder law attorneys, care managers and agencies who want to use it with clients should contact us for a professional license at kit@luman-group.com.

Updates

Employment law moves. Products marked as kept current (such as the Offer Letter Builder subscription) are updated as the law changes for as long as your subscription is active. One-time digital downloads reflect the law as of the edition date shown in the product. When we publish a major update, existing buyers get access to the refreshed edition of that product through their course platform account. Family Caregiver Hire-in-a-Box buyers get 12 months of free updates at shop.luman-group.com/kit-updates.

Refunds

• Family Caregiver Hire-in-a-Box. 30-day money-back guarantee. Email kit@luman-group.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Pre-orders are delivered within 30 days or you get a full refund, and you can cancel for a full refund any time before your edition arrives.
• Other digital downloads and courses. Delivered instantly, so all sales are final. If a file is defective or you received the wrong product, email us and we'll replace it or fix your access.
• Live workshops. Full refund up to 48 hours before the session. Inside 48 hours there is no refund, but you can transfer your seat to any future cycle of the same class.
• Subscriptions (such as the Offer Letter Builder). Cancel anytime, and you keep access through the end of the paid period. Renewals aren't refundable once the new period starts.
• Consulting, HR on Call and investigations. Governed by the engagement terms provided at booking.
